Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. Please use the Returns & Exchanges portal in the top right corner of the store to complete your return. Please note that we charge a $20 processing fee for returns and exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at Support@pardonmyfrenchie.store. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Refunds:

Once we receive and review your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
