We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. We offer free shipping on almost all U.S. orders and International orders over $75. We also offer several other options which are calculated in real time based on weight and destination.

Dog products are shipped within 24 hours (same day before 2:00 PM CST Monday-Saturday). 

Dog parent products are made to order, so they require a couple extra days for processing.

For customers who order both at the same time, you’ll generally receive your dog products first, followed by your dog parent products in a separate shipment.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any such additional fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be charged at the time of delivery.

Please contact your local mail or customs office if you haven’t received your package by the estimated time.

We’re unable to offer complimentary return labels for International orders, so any shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customers responsibility.
